Only involved in commercial cleaning such as rental cleans,commercial cleaning of offices etc, carpet cleaning and also liscenced Pest control. Steady flow of work through real estate agents, and private bookings.This business is being run by owner and partner and operates mon to fri . some clients premises serviced during evenings.At present only really servicing the CBD and northern suburbs so scope to generate more dollars there by expanding areas.
Clients consist of a major establishment which involves 3 offices at different locations north of caboolture which are serviced 2x weekly,this client has expressed to us to take over 3 other metro sites towards end of this year as well, 2 government departsments in nthern subs , 1 being done daily, the other 1 x a week.As well as setout duties, we also provide extra services such as carpet cleaning and vertical blind cleaning which is all extra on top of the service agreements in place.None of these have set contracts but have had them for a while, with no problems, good payers on time.Sale will include introductions to these clients as well as the training to service these clients .Training is easy as none of the jobs are hard.
Core operation consists of offering full rental cleans as well as carpet cleaning and pest control as package deals. With major full page advertising in local yellow pages in its 2nd year,and also advertising in Google, we actually turn away work each day as we do all the work ourselves as good help is hard to find . If you have good reliable staff then your turnover will be greater than what we do at moment. Also , we do not do any domestic cleaning of any kind, so you can broaden this as well, as we turn away at least 10 prospective clients a week.
The business is fully setup for carpet cleaning, pest control and general cleaning. A detailed list will be supplied to prospective purchasers on request. some items included will be back pac vacs, portable carpet cleaner ( top of line with auto fill and pump out as well as heater), hoses , hose reels, pest control equipment such as sprayers, nozzles, PPe gear, ladders,mops, buckets chemicals.
A 2007 suzuki APv is included in sale and will come with raodworthy cert, reg'd. Only done 32000 km as was a back up vehicle to our other vans. Carpet machine and reels fit nicely in this van. currently in one of our other vans and will be transferred at time of sale. Other van is NOT included in sale.
